Summer Workshops for Teens Seeking Work
Students will be Certified as "work ready"

WorkSource is providing free workshops for teens seeking summer employment. The workshops are offered weekly at WorkSource Career Centers in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties. “What supervisors really want” will help young workers gain skills for summer jobs. The two-hour class covers topics from making a strong first impression to becoming an ideal employee. Participants will receive ‘work ready’ certification and information on job leads.

The classes are held at WorkSource Career Centers from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. For more information on how to hire a youth or to sign up for class, call Donnie Anderson 904.798.9229 ext 2214.
