Business Consultant Lisa Parlapiano as the newest member of the WorkSource Business Services Team.

Lisa was born in Canada, and lived in Washington, Oregon and Connecticut before moving to Florida 13 years ago. Her background includes deaf studies, intensive work with the TDD relay service, and time spent as an interpreter/guide for the deaf and blind. She has been a Vocational Trainer with Working Alternatives for the past seven years.

Lisa's duties will include serving the St. Johns County business community with employment and training, and developing relationships with the educational and economic development organizations in the county. Lisa lives in St. Augustine Beach with her husband and two children. Her natural energy and her familiarity with the St. Johns County business community will make her a valuable asset to WorkSource.
