This is just a reminder that you have signed up and reserved a table for the BBB Expo and Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2009.

Timeline:
12:30–1:30 pm, exhibitors' set up time
1:30-5 pm, time of event
2 pm, welcome by BBB President Ran Hoth & Steinhafels representative
5:00-5:30 pm, BBB Annual Meeting & Recognition of Wisconsin BBB's 70th Anniversary

Exhibitor information:
The Steinhafels Community Room is located on the 1st level, just past the main entry doors to your right.
Your table size is 6 ft. long by 20 inches wide.
You have 2 chairs available for you.
We will have refreshments available for you.

Parking information:
Guests should park in the south lot near the Steinhafels loading docks. You can park temporarily in the circle at the front of the store to unload your materials for the Expo. The main entrance is on the North Side of the building facing the expressway.
