WDB Recognizes One-Stop “Employee of the Year”
Richard Cuebas
The WDB Center for Business Excellence would like to congratulate our One-Stop Career System Employee of the Year, Richard Cuebas!
Richard has worked diligently as a Customer Service Representative to assess and assist customers, including the ex-offender population, with registration, job search and résumé activities since October of 2001. He has become instrumental in any effort to assist our growing Spanish-speaking client population and has further displayed his dedication by volunteering to assist at several WDB events as well as the activities of the WDB’s Business Services Unit by handling job order overflow and follow-up with business clients.
Richard is the epitome of all the qualities sought for in a One-Stop Career System employee. He constantly demonstrates respect, caring, integrity and a dedication to further the mission and outcomes of the One-Stop Career System. His tireless efforts and professionalism were recently recognized by his fellow co-workers at a One-Stop Career System retreat held on November 18th. Richard is married with two sons, holds a Bachelors Degree in Special Education, and a 10 year service history in the US Army.
