Greetings from the President
by Rick Fraser

Rick Fraser, President of the Workforce Development Board of Flagler & Volusia Counties, Inc.

Welcome to your first issue of the new electronic WDB's Quarterly newsletter!

I am pleased to announce that our organization has transitioned to a web-based newsletter format. The new electronic production will reduce staff time and costs and will allow us to significantly expand our newsletter outreach capability.

As always, the Board Source will provide our community access to important stories, links and events related to our Board, economic development initiatives, the state workforce system and our One-Stop Career System menu of services on a quarterly basis.

Comments and suggestions regarding our new communication tool are welcome.  I hope you find your first experience with the new format a positive one.

Sincerely,

Rick Fraser

President
