WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA (WCF) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit agencies with the expertise and capacity to design, administer and deliver creative and innovative programs to serve out-of-school youth under the federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA) legislation. These services are to be delivered to eligible individuals residing in Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and/or Sumter counties. WCF may award up to $300,000.
