Mentor Entrepreneur Program
Sponsored by the N. Texas Commission
The Mentor-Entrepreneur Program is sponsored by the
North Texas Commission (NTC). The program is
designed to nurture the professional development, pro-ductivity
and overall success of small, women-and
minority-owned businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth
Metroplex by partnering them with suitable, larger or
more experienced organizations to receive business
mentoring support. Since 1994, more than 375
Metroplex entrepreneurs have been mentored by 85
mentor companies.
Applications to become a mentor or entrepreneur are
available each summer and are due this year to the
NTC by October 22, 2004 . Applications may be down-loaded
from NTC’s website at www.ntc-dfw.org.
