The Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center is affiliated with the Univ. of Ark. Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service. The contact there is Jerry Vlcek. His phone # is 501-337-5355 and his email is jvlcek@uaex.edu. Jerry’s mission is to identify and sign up small businesses and help them with federal and state bids for goods and services. He sends out a newsletter once a week.
