For the past 3 years, the Done Deals program has been growing by leaps and bounds. This year, the committee wants to double the program’s past growth with a goal of receiving 134 deals. To meet this goal, and another one of increasing corporate submissions, a challenge has been issued.
The challenge, to submit five done deals by the next TOP TEN Meeting on July 16th, was issued to Sustaining Members at last month’s Round-Up Luncheon. “We know the deals are out there, and this challenge provides incentive to our sustaining members to turn them in,” says Done Deals Co-Chair, Connie Magers.
Each company that meets this challenge will be recognized at the TOP TEN Meeting, which will be a celebration of the Done Deals Program and its successes. In addition, this recognition will be publicized in Women’s Enterprise Magazine.
Done Deals are business deals that are done between members of the Council (Corporate to WBE or WBE to WBE). Current issues of the Done Deals email can be seen at www.wbcsouthwest.org. Done Deals can also be submitted online (all deals are approved by both parties before publishing).
“The response to this challenge has been amazing - we plan on honoring many corporations at the TOP TEN Meeting,” add Magers.
