Gary Gamerman, MS, JD, Life Science Expert, to lead two Seminars on March 22

Gary's two decades of experience covers scientific, regulatory, legal and executive roles in life sciences industry. Mr. Gamerman's nearly two decades of experience covers scientific, commercial, legal, and regulatory, issues affecting the development and commercialization of a wide range of biotechnology, biomedical and other high-technology products. He is recognized for his expertise in strategy development, regulatory matters and outsourcing, due diligence and licensing. He has consulted for many of the world's leading medical technology companies, including numerous Israeli firms, and served as an expert witness in FDA and licensing related matters. As Seraphim's President, Gary leads its regulatory, business advisory and due diligence practices. Prior to founding Seraphim, Gary was the Executive Vice President of Iatros Bio/Pharma Inc., where he managed its IP in-licensing program, the restructuring its CRO unit from a government contractor to a profitable commercial side venture, and technical/regulatory consulting on the US Army's Medical Defense program. Gary was senior attorney in the FDA/Life Science's practices of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe and Fenwick & West, where he counseled leading US, Israeli and global companies and venture firms on due diligence, product development and marketing, regulatory compliance, outsourcing and technology licensing for biologicals, pharmaceuticals and medical devices and diagnostics. Before becoming an attorney, Gary was a product reviewer at FDA/CBER, responsible for review of leading biotechnology products. A molecular biologist, Gary worked at Digene Diagnostics on developing its early HPV probe technology. He is on the Scientific Advisory and Editorial Boards of several companies and leading publications including Bio/Pharmaceutical Outsourcing Reports ("B/POR") and The Journal of BioProcessing, and also is a peer-reviewer for ASTM Medical Device subcommittee on Tissue Engineered Medical Products. He has severed several terms as a Director of the Pharmaceutical Outsourcing Managers Association and the editorial boards of The Journal of GxP Compliance and Validation Times. He is the inventor on six pending patents in gene therapy, inducible vaccines, bioinformatics, computer security, encryption and other technologies.
