Wisdom…

Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.

Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.

Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination are omnipotent.

The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.

Virginia & Israel Team to Present Life Science Event in Tel Aviv on March 22
Razor sharp advice by experts including FDA leaders

Ralph Robbins, Executive Director of the VIAB (Virginia Israel Advisory Board) announced today that a Special Event, “Turning Israeli Science into Global Gold” will take place on March 22 at the Dan Panorama in Tel Aviv.  The event will give Israeli Life Science companies practical, up-to-date professional information that can make the difference between success and failure.

The Event, coordinated by both the VIAB and the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute, is drawing top international leaders in Life Sciences.  Among the speakers are two of the top FDA officials, Deputy Commissioner Lester Crawford and FDA Director for Devices and Radiological Health, Dr. David Feigal.   They will be part of a live, interactive video-conference that will take place on a wide screen.

According to Robbins, this Event is significantly different from other Bio Tech events in that it will concentrate totally on the business aspects of growing a Life Science company.  Three of the most important aspects for success will be addressed in dept: funding, strategic partnering, and FDA approvals.

According to Gary Gamerman, MS, JD, who is one of the key Life Science experts traveling to Israel for this event: “The information that will be provided is the most razor sharp, up to date information available.   Some of it will come straight from the top FDA experts themselves.  This is a rare opportunity tailored to meet the needs of Israeli companies."

During the two days following the Event, private consultation sessions will be held with the experts who arrive from the United States who are in a position to facilitate business connections.  Private consultation sessions will be limited to companies who attend the Event and submit a one page summary ahead of time.

Detailed information about the Life Science Event can be seen via the links below.
