Some of the best players in the industry will be there. Landstar, USXPress, Stevens Transport, Atlas Van Lines, and FedEx will be in attendance or will be on the program. Also some of the major insurers such as CNA will be on the program.

Among the topics to be discussed: Employment Law issues; Inspection Issues; ECM Download issues; Early Resolution of High Exposure Cases; and Special Issues for the Carrier General Counsel.

Networking opportunities are plentiful. Attendees will have opportunities to roundtable their most difficult cases and seek resolution to some of their most complex issues.
