The USLAW Network Environmental/Toxic/Mass Tort practice group holds monthly telephone conferences on the third Thursday of the month at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Our teleconferences for the next six months will be held on April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, and September 16. Our group has instituted a cross-marketing opportunity project whereby each practice group member submits the names of five company clients, with basic information on their location, business, litigation experience and needs, etc. No individual contact information is allowed. Each member of the group that submits a list is provided with a cumulative list from all members who have provided the names of five clients. Any potential for cross-marketing is to be approached only through the attorney who submits the list. Our group will also focus almost exclusively on planning for a practice group seminar seeking to bring clients and counsel together to discuss timely issues that are important from the client’s perspective.
