Construction Update
The Construction Litigation Group is planning a fly-in meeting for all members which is tentatively scheduled for mid-June, 2004, in Ohio. This meeting will be informal and is planned to meet members of the group face-to-face and to discuss clients and opportunities to assist others in meeting clients. There will be a short time for discussion of the new changes in insurance policies affecting construction clients. More information will be provided.
The Group has regularly scheduled telephone conferences for all members every other month. The 2004 schedule includes the following dates: June 2, August 4, October 6, and December 1, 2004. All calls are at 9:00 a.m. CST. All members of the Group are also urged to participate in these telephone conferences.
