Formed in 2001, USLAW is an organization of independent law firms with offices throughout the United States. Via USLAW, these firms share information in order to enhance the speed, efficiency and quality of legal services provided to each member's clients. By sharing this information, USLAW firms provide high quality legal services, without unnecessary expense to the client.

Currently encompassing 37 member firms in 26 states and representing over 1,800 attorneys, USLAW members develop strong ties and personal relationships not only with other member firms but also with their clients. This relationship enables the clients and members to develop trust among each other. Via USLAW, clients have access to the finest attorneys in the country and the opportunity to assess and chose these attorneys in a professional, stress-free environment. This setting enables clients to select those that fit the particular needs that the client may have.

The nature of the practices and expertise of USLAW member firms is diverse. Member law firms strive to maintain practices that involve complex and significant civil litigation matters. USLAW's 10 active practice groups including product liability, employment and labor issues, transportation, insurance/bad faith, environmental, construction litigation, and commercial/transactional matters, enable attorneys and clients to interact in highly specialized forums.
