Changing of the Guard at ICC

New ICC Secretary General Guy Sebban

ICC Secretary General Maria Livanos Cattaui concluded her final term with the world business organization on June 30. Ms. Cattaui’s successor, Guy Sebban, was appointed at ICC’s World Council meeting in Durban, South Africa. Also Pierre Tercier was elected chairman of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

World Chambers Congress - A Big Success

The 4th biennial World Chambers Congress took place in Durban, South Africa, June 20-22, bringing together over 800 chamber of commerce executives and business leaders from some 90 countries, with the goal of strengthening business worldwide and promoting economic development, particularly in Africa.
