BIAC to Hold Tax Meetings and Business Days in Japan and Korea

Improving dispute resolution procedures for international tax disputes will be the focus of an OECD consultation with business on March 13, 2006 in Tokyo. This is a key OECD project for business, as the process of resolving cross border tax disputes incurs significant costs for companies, especially in countries such as Japan.
