A warm welcome to Juan R. Quinones, who has joined our ATA Carnet Department as Carnet Analyst and Foreign Claims Examiner. Juan received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Thomas Aquinas College in upstate New York and is continuing his studies there to pursue his M.B.A. in marketing. Before joining USCIB, he was a credit card specialist for Verizon Wireless in Orangeburg, New York.
