Robinson and Anna Zhang), head of the carnet division, Legal Affairs Department of CCPIT/CCOIC (China Council for Promotion of International Trade/China Chamber of International Commerce), to our New York offices in February.  CCPIT/CCOIC, which serves as ICC’s national committee, issues around 700 Carnets a year, after having joined the ATA Carnet system in 1998.  In other Carnet news, Mongolia has become the 59th country to join the ATA system, effective April 15, 2004.
