UCDC administers regional, countywide, and local revolving loan funds (RLFs). Working with local and regional lending institutions, these RLFs can completely fill your business' financing gap by offering fixed-rate, low interest loans, revolving lines of credit or loan guarantees.

Currently, UCDC administers nine funds available to qualified Ulster County businesses and its communities.
