Staffing Services Staffs Up

With placement activity on the increase, Ayers’ Staffing Services group continues to grow.  We are pleased to welcome two experienced IT recruitment professionals who have joined the firm as Senior Recruiters/Account Managers.

§         Liz Bartlett has dealt with all aspects of IT recruitment over the past seven years, recruiting for positions that have included senior management, development, infrastructure, and support across all technologies.  Her experience includes both contract and permanent recruitment for a variety of sectors—financial services, reinsurance/insurance, management consulting, media, government—and she has been involved in business development and account management.

§         Lon Harvey is a 14-year recruitment veteran whose clients have included FORTUNE 500 companies in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries.  Lon’s primary focus has been, and will continue to be, on the contract/ consulting side.  His background includes sales, recruiter management, and project generation with regard to developing and selling service platforms for end-user services and network support groups.

We are also pleased to announce that Senior Recruiter/Account Manager Nick Tamagna has been promoted to Team Leader/Recruiting Manager.  Nick, who has been  with the firm for six years, has taken on responsibility for recruiting in the area of infrastructure (e.g., operations networks and hardware).
