Staff Announcements
- Dr. Peter Olsinski has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Dr. Olsinski works with some of the firm’s most senior candidates as a career counselor and mentor, conducts the firm’s Introduction to Consulting Seminars, and coaches those who are pursuing consulting careers. He is actively involved in several of the firm’s initiatives: the use of psychological testing and other tools to help candidates assess career alternatives and expansion of the senior-level Peak Performance Teams.
- Linda Merill comes to Ayers with seven years of experience in executive staffing. Originally a specialist in financial services, she spent the last four years concentrating on senior IT placements, frequently for major firms in the financial services, entertainment, and advertising industries. As an account manager and recruiter at Ayers, Merill works with full-time and consulting candidates as well as clients.
- Rick Spann has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Business Development. A 20-year veteran of HR consulting, Spann has extensive experience in career development, consulting, and coaching, as well as sales, marketing, and management. Most recently, he managed operations, career transition, and executive coaching for a regional consulting firm. Prior to that, Spann managed several offices in Connecticut, as well as the career transition/coaching and executive search practices for another consulting firm. He has held management positions with American Cyanamid and Unilever’s T.J. Lipton division.
- Sara Sternberg, Vice President of Business Development, has nearly two decades of experience in business development, primarily in the field of information technology. Before coming to Ayers, she spent 14 years at a consulting and education firm, where she specialized in sales and customer relations for IT technical training services.
