Survey Results
Last month we asked if our PR Intelligence Report readership would be interested in receiving brief promotional e-mails from Tech Image. Nearly 55% said no, while a little more than 1/3 would be ok with it. The remaining 10% or so was indifferent. Looks like we’ll have to find another way to communicate our basket of services to you!

Mike Nikolich Elected to NIU Alumni Association Board
For Tech Image CEO Mike Nikolich, the launching of a successful career in public relations began with a single class at Northern Illinois University. Now Mike is returning the favor to the DeKalb, Illinois-based school by joining the NIU Alumni Association Board for a three-year term. Final approval was given by the NIU Board of Directors on June 5.
Mike was originally approached by the Alumni Association Board in early 2004. After filling out an application and successfully completing the interview process, he was informed of the decision to accept him on May 20. He is looking forward to the opportunity to give back to the school that started him on this “strange and wondrous” journey, where he graduated in 1979 with a double major in Marketing and Journalism. This education ultimately led to the founding of Tech Image in 1993.
“I’ve always felt that NIU gave me a tremendous foundation for my career,” he says. “I’ve been marginally involved with the Alumni Association in the past, but never had the time to expand that relationship. I feel the time is right, and I look forward to helping this group get more NIU alums involved, especially in the areas of entrepreneurship and leadership.”
Congratulations Mike! Fellow NIU grads Dave Reiners and Ken Krause of Tech Image are particularly proud to have you on the Board.
