In your opinion, is it important for techcom managers to be willing to accept, from their employees, work that is of less quality than they could produce themselves?
YES. Managers need to be flexible with employee expectations, as long as the overall results are acceptable within pre-defined boundaries.
NO. Managers should expect employees to perform at least at the same competency level as they would perform for a given task.
