Michael Dalby Named First CEO of “ONE”
The search for a CEO for the new organization began with the implementation of a CEO Search Committee, chaired by Jerrol Miles, Milestone Realty and the hiring of Waverly Partners, a national search firm. Thanks to all their efforts, One Southern Indiana recently welcomed Michael Dalby as the organization’s first President and CEO.
“He’s the right person for the job. He’s a strategic thinker who understands and shares the vision of a Southern Indiana united in its economic and community development efforts", Jerrol Miles said.
Michael believes there is a lot of potential for future expansion. Under his leadership, One Southern Indiana will be at the forefront of those economic development efforts, and Michael is pleased with the support he’s already seen. “You can just tell there is a strong volunteer commitment and a real excitement to get this off the ground,” he said.
