Action: Think of an idea failure you had that you are having difficulty forgetting. Accept it as a positive learning experience and concentrate on moving ahead without a repeat.

Action: Rotate the assignment among the dental team members to recite a saying, a slogan, or an interesting idea at the morning huddle each day on the subject of unity and team spirit.

Action: Ask dental team members from each area of responsibility to recommend something they would change in procedure, organization, or arrangement that would improve the practice. Implement it if it is practical.
