Important Smiles For Life Update!

Many have called asking questions about the Smiles for Life Telephone Network and the Smiles for Life Website. These important parts of the Smiles for Life Campaign are currently being updated.
 
The Smiles for Life Website at www.smilesforlife.org is being completely rebuilt. Both the site and the information on the site about the participating offices is being loaded and will be available and accurate by the beginning of the campaign on March 1st.
 
In the mean time, it is very important that we receive from each office the information previously faxed about the Practice Name, the initial whitening kit order, the zip code update and the Community Partner information.
 
Thank you! It’s our 10th Anniversary Year for Smiles for Life and it’s going to be the best ever!
