All We Need Is Your Name for Your Rewards Program Gift Certificates …
Every time your patients fund a loan approved by the PatientCredit Plan you’ll receive credit toward gift certificates from some of your favorite retailers. You can choose gift certificates from companies like AMC Theatres, Bath and Body Works, Blockbuster, Eddie Bauer, J. Crew, Old Navy, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Spiegel and many more.
All you have to do is tell us what name we need to put on the gift certificate and your email address, if available. We will send the gift certificates directly to your office by email or regular mail at the beginning of each month, based on your volume of funded loan’s for the previous month. It’s that easy!
Here’s how…For every $5000 in patient loans funded you get a $15 gift certificate. Get $25,000 in patient loans funded in a month and we’ll send you a $75 gift certificate. You get the picture! The more loans you fund, the more gift certificates we’ll send you.
And there’s more… Every time you fund $10,000 or more in loans for a given month, your name will be entered in a drawing for a $500 gift certificate! This gift certificate will be awarded in January 2003 for loans funded for the months of September, October, November and December 2002.
