Please join me in congratulating Dr. Jack Beckett, a member of our Founder's Circle, for his best month ever for collections, $96,000! He had a second highest month ever for production at $89,000. YEA! His 65th birthday is this June and he is planning a great celebration with his patients and also plans to introduce his new associate.

Please join me in congratulating Dr. Caroline Jones for her best month ever for April. $90,000!!! Before Dental Boot Kamp she was only averaging $40,000 a month. She has been producing $70,000 and above since January this year!

Dr. Jim Hobbs from Plattsburg MO just attended Level II Hand’s-On
in Kerrville. Jim increased $100,000 in 2001 over 2000, up 13% including going from two doctors to one. It looks like 2002 will be up 26% over 2001!! We are in the process of implementing Success Rewards and tighter financial controls.

Dr. Carl Ern - Carl has been on a twice a year consulting visit since he finished Coaching a couple of years ago. Last year Suzanne helped his team implement Success Rewards, Salary Reviews and a strong Perio Program. He is up 60% since he ended his Coaching program in 2000 and just had his best month ever at $170,000 production and collection. His Team are Dental Boot Kamp, Coaching and Hands-On Grads. They are healthy, wealthy and happy!!!!

I spoke with Dr. Joan Foster yesterday. Her office attended Kerrville Dental Boot Kamp in March. I asked her how things were going. Joan has reviewed their numbers for the past 12 years and their normal revenue for the month of April is about $50,000 with a high of $55,000. She asked me to guess what they did last month ... $65,000 – No .... $75,000 – No ... $85,000 - No ... $95,000 - Yes!!! As of yesterday they had also already matched their best May. She said that they had a bonus system in place prior to Dental Boot Kamp and with the increase in production one of the girls had a bonus of $1,000. She thinks this has been an eye opener for the team.
