Yes! You've got all the principles and the system. Now it's time to put it into practice. For practice, it works to have a Coach to help you avoid the pitfalls of others and accelerate your implementation and results. Our coaches will help you and your team understand the subtleties of the system. We always coach the game you're playing. Every practice is different and the implementation of the system is different. Our Coaches will help you customize the system for your individual situation. We recommend that teams start The Coaching Program right after Boot Kamp.
The Coaching Team has a wealth of experience in dentistry and in business. Each coach is handpicked and personally trained. They have all completed the Dental Boot Kamp Continuum and have facilitated our programs. Each coach has demonstrated
