Two New Dental Vans Roll Into Service
St. David’s Dental Program celebrated the arrival of its two new dental vans with a reception and press conference at City Hall. Mayor Lee Leffingwell was the first official patient on the vans, receiving an exam by staff dentist, Dr. Caesar Collazo. The new vans have joined the fleet to make six vans now serving area Title I elementary school children, as well as families and HAAM patients at local clinics. One of the new vans was underwritten by a grant from the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, and the other was provided by St. David’s Foundation.
