In that vein, we are extremely pleased to introduce a frequently requested and highly interactive web-based Members Resource Forum.   
 
You may wonder, what is a Members Resource Forum, what are the benefits, who should participate and how does it work? 
 
Foremost, this web-based Members Resource Forum is an educational and community environment where People Report™ members can connect to share ideas and resources.  Interaction between HR professionals in the industry is critical to the long-term success of the hospitality workplace. This Forum gives People Report™ members a means to open doors of communication with peers, competitors, and leading HR experts from all of the distinct concepts and segments represented in the respected People Report™ consortium. Uniquely designed to meet the needs of ALL members, we offer topics of interest for all segments and all levels of human resource leadership.  The Members Resource Forum is another convenient and confidential avenue for People Report™ members to network and learn from one other.
 
How this resource forum operates is simple.  The Members Resource Forum has three main features: discussion boards, a membership directory and a weekly quick poll. 
 
1) Discussion Boards: Offering 15 broad categories, this area of the forum is where members pose questions to other members and discuss the latest burning issues in the industry, as well as seek recommendations on vendors and third party resources.
 
2) Membership Directory: The membership directory is a list of all People Report™ members that are active participants of the Members Resource Forum. This directory functions with a search feature, allowing members to search for individuals by company name, last name, position, city, and state.
 
3) Quick Poll: Each week a “hot question” will be posted to the forum. Members can post their response to the question and immediately view the overall results from all respondents.   You can also submit your own hot questions for future quick polls.
