Teresa Siriani, President of People Report™, was a featured speaker at the ROCK and Soul of California Pizza Kitchen Annual Conference held on February 6, 2003 in Las Vegas. Throughout the conference, CPK, the recipient of a 2002 Best People Practices Award, focused on their core values and being an employer of choice. Teresa shared an overview of the current labor market, turnover trends and best practices, as well as a look at CPK’s people metrics. Siriani provided the 175 General Managers and Corporate Officers in attendance with a good look at how CPK measures up to the competition, and then turned to custom based solutions for this group of energized and motivated operators.
