Brand New Thinking for Successfully Branding Your Company

In today's dynamic marketplace, companies and their leaders need to know how to create and maintain a recognizable brand to build closer relationships with employees and customers. Over the past 15 years, Gay Warren Gaddis, president and CEO of T3 (The Think Tank), has successfully developed T3's brand by creating innovative workplace programs for her employees and satisfying her clients' business needs through strong marketing and advertising programs.

During this session, Gay will share some of the unique branding strategies that produce results for T3 and how she encourages all her employees to serve as T3 brand ambassadors.

  • How to develop unique branding strategies for your company when you manage a smaller marketing budget than ever before
  • How to create marketing and advertising efforts that are cost-efficient and seamlessly integrated to better position your distinct brand
  • How effective branding can impact your company's bottom line profitability
  • How to leverage your professional network, collaborative partnerships and personal connections to further enhance your company's brand
  • How to encourage your staff/team to be a proactive ambassador of your brand
  • How to successfully live and breathe your brand everyday

Visit with Gay Gaddis, who has grown her marketing company from three to 138 employees in a little over a decade. Gay is a wife, mother of three, community leader, and has participated in speaking engagements and committees both domestically and internationally through the last year to increase effective marketing for businesses.
