There will be two great events in October to introduce your friends to NAWBO D/FW.

1.Attend the monthly luncheon on October 11 as we welcome Terry Neese, national president of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP). Terry will present important information about the power of public policy, how legislation can impact our daily lives as women business owners, and what we can do to impact our elected officials and create change! You won’t want to miss the dynamic speaker Terry Neese, who was named one of the 25 most influential lobbyists in Washington D.C. Visit www.nawbotx.org/whatsnew/meeting.html for more details and to RSVP.

2.Relax and play at the NAWBO/WBCS Annual Golf Tournament on October 25. Join us for networking and fun with a Florida Scramble style golf tournament. Cash prizes are awarded for closest to the pin, longest drive and best team scores. For beginner golfers, there is also a tee party, concentrating on aspects of the game in a short, informal seminar with a light lunch. After the seminar, participants try new skills on the course. New golfers love the camaraderie and gain practical experience. The day ends with more networking, an awards dinner and a silent auction featuring restaurants, gifts, spa and hotel packages and many other wonderful items. Visit http://www.nawbotx.org/whatsnew/events.html#golf for more details .

Join the NAWBO OCTOBER MEMBERSHIP DRIVE and everyone wins! Help create connections for you, your friends, and NAWBO D/FW.
