Advance registrations must be paid by check or credit card. VISA or MasterCard option may be paid by E-mail, fax or mail. Reservations must be made by the deadline. No-shows or cancellations after the deadline will be charged.
Walk-ins will be charged an additional $5.
 
 
You won’t want to miss this opportunity to share table topics over lunch with your favorite Corporate Partner (CP).  You’ll have an opportunity to meet the CP representative, exchange cards and even schedule an appointment.  Each table will have one or two representatives; each table will be assigned a table topic.  You can make your selection by topic or by corporation.  Every chair will receive a Partner Profile document that you may take with you.  Materials will be displayed in the back.
