Barbara Bailey, a relatively new NAWBO member and president of Bailey Consulting Group, is conducting a research project for her professional society on the behavioral style differences of men and women in the workplace. Your behavioral style includes:
- How you respond to problems and challenges
- How you influence others to your point of view
- How you respond to the pace of the environment
- How you respond to rules and procedures set by others
The time commitment to participate in this study is approximately 30 minutes. Each participant will fill out a one-page questionnaire; based on her responses, a very comprehensive report will be prepared. So that participants will fully understand individual results, Barbara asks that she meet with each one individually for about 15 minutes to explain the report.
The report will give you valuable insight into your communication and management styles, and will help you deal more effectively with you clients, employees, family and friends.
Only aggregated responses will be used in the research; all individual results will be held in strictest confidence.
To qualify for the project, you must be a business owner with at least one employee, be willing to return the completed assessment via fax within seven days and be willing to invest 30 minutes of your time.
