Rose Lyn Zanville, Ph.D., developed and conducted a five-day seminar,
"Leadership 2002," for Union Institute and University doctoral students in Florissant, Colorado on June 5-9.

The seminar provided an overview on the topic of leadership. The learners, mid-level career adults, had the opportunity for exposure to the latest information in the field of leadership. At the conclusion of the seminar, they were prepared to draw from the fund of knowledge in this area of study to advance their own individual academic projects.

President of Lyn Zanville, Inc., Dr. Zanville is a 1997 graduate of the Union Institute and University with a doctorate in Leadership.

"A Quantitative Analysis of the Personal Characteristics and Workplace Experiences of Women and Men Community Leaders," based on Leadership Texas participants from 1991 to 1995 and authored by Dr. Zanville, appeared in the Winter 2001 edition of the Advancing Women in Leadership on-line journal.
