Please welcome another interesting, successful and very busy woman to our ranks.  Gwenna Brush, of The Maxcel Company, LLC, is one of our newer members.  Since 1995, The Maxcel company has been delivering on its mission of “world-class service with integrity, enthusiasm and added value in the areas of meeting management, motivational programs and incentive group travel.”  To support this mission, Gwenna’s company offers a unique service guarantee, promising to refund clients up to 100 percent of their total fee if they are unhappy with Maxcel’s service.  (No need yet for any refunds!)

Together, she and her staff created a shared vision for the company.  That vision includes sharing profits, open communication, high standards and passion about work and play, creativity and flexibility, appreciating the diversity of talents within the firm, clear direction with measurable goals, and mutual respect.

Gwenna received her initial invitation to join NAWBO from Teri Abram, one of our board members.  (Thanks, Teri!)  At her first meeting, Gwenna enjoyed both the program and the women within our organization.  She hopes to bring her personal expertise and experience to enrich her fellowship with us.  Gwenna appreciates NAWBO as a resource of other women “who have the same challenges and successes” that she is experiencing.
