§         A State and Local Voice, as your leadership seeks to inform and influence government entities, the media and business organizations about the contributions and needs of women-owned businesses.
§         Legislative Updates regarding legislation pending  before Congress and the Texas state legislature as it pertains to small businesses in general, and women-owned businesses in particular
§         Well-Researched Statistics, as the national NAWBO, the National Foundation of Women Business Owners and your local NAWBO chapter undertake studies to gather meaningful information on women-owned business
§         A Listing in the National NAWBO on-line directory as well as the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter on-line directory
§         A Monthly Local Newsletter keeps you informed about the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter activities and members.  The NAWBO newsletter updates you on the latest issues, trends and accomplishments throughout the global marketplace, and also keeps you informed about the organization’s goals.
§         Monthly Luncheons, held the second Monday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, offers networking opportunities and a speaker who provides timely information applicable to your business, the economy and other issues important to women.
§         The Mastermind Program is available to all members.  You can join a Mastermind Group, comprised of up to 12 women from diverse and non-competing businesses, which meets twice a month for the purpose of brainstorming business ideas and solving business problems.  Some members refer to their Mastermind group as their “Board of Directors.”
§         Educational Programs, including workshops and seminars held four to six times per year to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to grow your business.
§         Speakers Bureau that offers opportunities for you to convey your message to civic and business groups that need speakers.
§         Mentoring Program, co-sponsored with the Dallas office of the U.S. Small Business Administration.  This program teams seasoned entrepreneurs with less-experienced women whose businesses are ready to grow.  NAWBO members are eligible to participate as mentors or protégées.
§         The Corporate Partners Program promotes dialogue and support between women-owned businesses and large corporations.
§         Many Volunteer Opportunities to help yourself and other women business owners, as well as develop many friendships and invaluable business contacts.
