Texas employers are paying too much for workers' compensation insurance and medical providers are attempting to block efforts by the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission to reduce medical costs. Currently, the cost per medical claim for the Texas workers' compensation system is more than 80 percent higher than the national average.
It is urgent that you contact the Texas Workers' Compensation Commissioners and ask them to stay strong in their efforts to reduce costs!
