Central Florida SourceBook: The New Regional Agenda was unveiled to the public on Friday, July 11, 2003 at a Regional Leadership Luncheon hosted by the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce's Regional Board of Advisors.

  Nearly 500 business, government and civic leaders from across Central Florida gathered on Friday, July 11 for the Community Roll Out of the Central Florida Sourcebook with presentations by Michael Gallis, the project’s lead consultant, Executive Committee members and very special encouragement from Florida’s Secretary of State Glenda E. Hood.
