 LEADERSHIP
 SPOTLIGHT

John P. Saboor
Executive Director, Central Florida Sports Commission
Leadership Council Member

"What will it take for Central Florida to globally compete in the 21st century?"

"It is so important for our region to find a comprehensive way to play upon its great strengths (like technology and simulation), and not attempt to be all things to all people. It occurs to me that we must also approach our challenges as what I have heard termed the "Super Region" versus each working independently of the other. Finally, we should place great emphasis on identifying and grooming the next generation of our region's leaders to participate in developing our collective strategies for the future."
