Do you know what the monthly newsletter is titled? How about the weekly email blasts? You are not alone! When the communications team casually surveyed 15 MPIRMC Chapter members only 4 of them knew what the newsletter was called. For those of you wondering what it is – MPI Summit Newsletter. And that is only in the email subject line. As for the weekly email blast, it doesn’t have a name.
That’s where you come in! The Communications team is challenging you the members to come up with 2 names one for the newsletter and one for the email blast. Members can submit an individual submission or it can be a team collaboration. The members that submit the winning names will be awarded either a monthly meeting registration or a networking event registration.
A couple of key points to keep in mind when thinking of a name –
- A catchy title or phrase that will stand out and be remembered
- MPIRMC was the 1st Chapter of MPI
- MPIRMC just celebrated 35 years
- MPIRMC has been a leader and mentor to many of the chapters that have followed behind us
- Think of where we want to go, not where we have been
- Chapter members represent Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana
Ok, MPIRMC members, it's up to you! We know we have a creative bunch, so let's see it! Submissions must be received by May 30, 2009 and the new name will debut on the first newsletter of the 2009 – 2010 year. Send your submissions via email with the subject line either NEWSLETTER NAME or EMAIL BLAST NAME and email to
