Dave Arnott is a professor of strategic management in the College of Business at Dallas Baptist University.  He is the author of Corporate Cults, published by the American Management Association in 2000.  He writes, speaks and leads seminars for industry and academics on a regular basis.  He has appeared on the CBS program 48 Hours and has been quoted in Fortune and many other publications.  He's a retired marathoner, and he once rode his bicycle across the United States.  He lives near Midlothian with his wife Cynde.
