Ambassador Spotlight of the Month - Clint Scofield, PrePaid Legal Services, Inc.

I am an Independent Associate and a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (certified at the Institute of Fraud Risk Management) for Prepaid Legal Services, Inc., located in Ada, Ok.

Prepaid Legal Services, Inc. provides needed legal services to individuals, families, and businesses. For less than a cup of coffee a day, the Member, his/her Spouse, and Children up to the age of 21 are all covered. The Life Events Legal Plan  includes:

-Preventative Legal Services: Unlimited attorney phone consultations, letters and phone calls made on your behalf, contract and document review, and completing and/or updating one’s will.

-Motor Vehicle Services: Representation for traffic violations and certain motor vehicle related criminal charges.

-Trial Defense:  A schedule of hours beginning in the first year at 60 hours and increasing each year, up to the fifth year, at 300 total hours.

-IRS Audit Services:  A schedule of up to 50 hours of professional services.

-Other Legal Services:  Legal issues not covered above are scheduled at a 25% discount from our provider law firm’s standard rate. For example, DWI, drug related issues, hit-and-run, in-depth divorce/child support, etc.

In addition, the Company now offers an Identity Theft Solution Plan which includes the Member/Spouses’ detailed credit reports/scores, credit report monitoring, and identity theft restoration through Kroll Security, USA.

Prepaid Legal Services, Inc., since its founding in 1973, has never increased an existing Member’s premium. The Company is on the NYSE, debt-free, and has just completed its 42nd quarter of increased net income. Our Provider Law firms go through an in-depth, monthly quality review  with our Company and most of our Providers are AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell (independent firm, similar to Consumer Reports) which rates law firms across the Country.

I have personally benefited immensely from the Chamber and its related activities. The LINKS networking program, along with Good Morning McKinney, being an Ambassador, etc. etc. have all provided me with numerous opportunities to both accomplish business goals and make wonderful, life-long friends along the way!
