Mexican Hot Chocolate w/ Homemade Marshmallows
by Chef Tony Miller

Here’s a great recipe to keep you warm over the cold winter nights that have taken hold here in Columbus. The interaction of chocolate and marshmallow is classic and just plain incredible. Plus, making homemade marshmallows is such an easy, interactive type of activity that it is fun to do with the kids or even your special someone. Ancho chile powder is now pretty easy to find at your local grocery store but if you can’t find it there a local latino market would be the next best option. Until next month…. Enjoy!
