If you read these messages regularly you can probably recall my suggestion to complete the Operating Costs and Executive Compensation survey you received from the NTMA earlier this year. You may also recall from my Presidents Message last year that any chapter with more than 10 firms reporting receives a customized report benchmarking the financial performance of the chapters companies to typical and high profit NTMA companies throughout the country. After receiving this report I like to point out to you some interesting trends I see. For the record I do not pretend (nor want) to be a professional financial analyst.  I am simply a small business owner as many of you are. Fortunately Mackay Research Group, the company compiling the results of the survey, understands this and presents all of the information in a format that is easy to understand.
