An outstanding Sales Breakfast with 30 minutes of motivation and 30 minutes of great sales tips for every salesperson in the area will be presented at Park Plaza Hotel Reliant Center on Friday, October 8 beginning at 7:30 a.m.  “Enter-Trainer” Patrick McGaughey will then lead a 90-minute Sales Goal Workshop. 

The Greater Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce is proud to name Gordon Bethune of Continental Airlines, Inc., as its 2004 Captain of Industry winner.  Mr. Bethune will accept the award and deliver the keynote speech at the Chamber’s monthly luncheon on Friday, October 22 at the Hotel Derek, 2525 West Loop South.

The Greater Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce is joining with several area organizations to hold a Candidates’ Forum for various elected positions on Tuesday, October 12 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Fondren Middle School.

The second in a three-part dynamic series designed to enhance women’s professional and personal effectiveness takes place Tuesday, October 26 at King Fish Market, 6356 Richmond.  Sponsored by the Greater Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce, the luncheon is geared toward women of all ages and in all places in their professional lives.

The Sixth Annual Southwest Shakers/Community Impact Awards event, sponsored by Sterling Bank-Bellaire and Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, will be held Friday, November 19 at 11:15 a.m. at the Junior League Building.
