SABC Presents: A Taste of South Austin on September 4
Exhilarate your senses with some of the finest food and music South Austin has to offer at the South Austin Business Council networking event on Thursday, September 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Your Living Room on South Congress. There will be food from several area restaurants including Guero’s Taco Bar, Holiday Inn Town Lake, Joe’s Crab Shack, Zax Restaurant, Torchy’s Tacos, Froots, Hyatt Regency Austin and more. The unique blues-rock sound of the Carson Alexander Band will entertain while you make business connections with other council members. Calling All Small Business Volunteers
Do you want to have a voice in the small business programs facilitated by the Austin Chamber of Commerce? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are forming a new Small Business Council that will help provide the Chamber with an objective viewpoint on what programs would benefit our members with 50 employees or less. This council will meet quarterly and report to the Small Business Task Force with their findings. CenTex RCIC Application Workshop and ETF Deadline
The CenTex RCIC will be hosting an ETF Applicant Workshop on Tuesday, September 23 from 3-5 p.m. in the Chamber Boardroom.
